Terms and Conditions

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Salary Guarantee Program is designed to help you achieve real career advancement and meaningful salary growth. When you complete all program requirements and put our strategies into action, we're confident you'll see at least a $20,000 salary increase within 12 months. If you don't hit that goal after following our complete system, we'll refund your investment.

2. WHO CAN JOIN

• You're currently working or actively looking for work
• You're ready to invest in your career growth with full program participation and payment in full
• You complete our initial career assessment to ensure the program is a good fit

Important: The salary guarantee is only available to participants who pay the full program fee upfront. Payment plans or partial payments do not qualify for the guarantee.

3. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO QUALIFY FOR THE GUARANTEE

Success requires commitment, and our guarantee is only available to those who fully engage with the program. Here's what that looks like:

3.1 Show Up and Do the Work

• Attend all live training sessions (or approved makeup sessions if life happens)
• Complete every assignment and project - we're looking for at least 80% scores
• Actively participate in group work and discussions with your fellow participants

3.2 Master the Skills

• Pass all quizzes and assessments throughout the program
• Actively engage with all core material and study all provided resources including videos, guides, and supplementary content

3.3 Put It Into Action

• Apply at least 5 of our key strategies in your current role or job search and provide documented proof of this application
• Build your professional network (we'll guide you to at least 10 new connections)
• Conduct 3 informational interviews with people in your target field
• Send us monthly updates on your progress during the 12-month guarantee period

4. ACTIVATING YOUR GUARANTEE

4.1 Getting Ready for Your Guarantee Period Within 30 days of finishing the program, you'll need to show us you're putting our system to work:

• Your newly updated resume using our framework
• A portfolio showcasing your projects and results
• Evidence that you've applied to at least 15 positions or requested promotion discussions
• Documentation showing you've used our salary negotiation techniques

4.2 Your 12-Month Tracking Journey

• Once you complete the program, you have 12 months to achieve your $20,000 salary increase
• We'll check in monthly to see how you're progressing toward that goal
• Let us know about any job changes, promotions, or salary bumps within 10 days
• Staying in touch is crucial - missed updates could affect your guarantee eligibility

5. SALARY INCREASE VERIFICATION

5.1 Acceptable Verification Salary increases must be verified through:

• Official offer letters or employment contracts
• HR documentation or pay stubs
• W-2 forms or tax documentation
• Third-party employment verification services

5.2 Qualifying Increases

• Must represent net increase in base salary (bonuses and benefits excluded)
• Increase must be with current employer or new position obtained during tracking period
• Promotions or role changes must demonstrate application of program skills
• Salary increase must be sustainable (not temporary or project-based)

6. IF YOU NEED A REFUND

6.1 What Makes You Eligible We want you to succeed, and refunds are available for those who've truly given it their all:

• You completed every requirement listed in Section 3
• You followed through on everything in Section 4
• You made genuine efforts to implement our strategies
• You actively pursued opportunities throughout your entire tracking period

6.2 What We'll Need to See To process your refund, we'll need comprehensive documentation of your efforts:

• A detailed record of all your job search activities and networking
• Evidence of your salary negotiation attempts and their outcomes
• Performance reviews and feedback from supervisors
• Research you've done on salary ranges in your field and location
• Your analysis of what might have prevented your salary increase, plus your ideas for overcoming those challenges

6.3 How the Refund Process Works

• Submit your refund request within 10 days after your 12-month period ends
• Our review team will carefully evaluate your compliance with all program requirements
• We may ask for additional information or clarification during our review
• The review process typically takes up to 60 days once we have everything we need
• Our decision will be final

7. PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 Company Responsibilities

• Provide access to all course materials and instruction
• Offer career coaching and support throughout program
• Maintain program quality and instructor standards
• Process refund requests in accordance with these terms

7.2 Participant Responsibilities

• Maintain active engagement throughout entire program duration
• Apply program principles consistently in professional activities
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of all required information
• Pursue career advancement opportunities in good faith

8. GENERAL TERMS

8.1 Modifications These terms may be updated with 30 days written notice. Participants enrolled prior to changes will be governed by terms in effect at enrollment.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state laws.

8.3 Severability If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms shall continue in full effect.

8.4 Entire Agreement These terms constitute the complete agreement between participant and company regarding the salary guarantee program.
